As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you are the first HR contact person for managers and employees at the plant and provide proactive advice and support on all HR-related topics, in line with the Group-wide HR strategy.
Assumption of all tasks related to operational HR support, such as preparing contracts or certificatesSupporting and implementation of HR measures, taking into account legal, contractual, collective agreement, and personnel-related framework conditionsSupport in workforce and succession planning within the respective area of responsibility, as well as management of individual compensation determination based on job evaluationCollaborating within the team to optimize and harmonize HR processesParticipating in local as well as strategic HR projects Your Experience and Qualifications
