- Ensure seamless site integration and compliance with Section 197 (S197) of the Labour Relations Act, managing employee transfers, contractual obligations, and operational continuity.
- Align HR strategies with operational goals, ensuring a strong people agenda within the business.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to support a high-performance culture.
- Support the talent pipeline focusing on succession planning and career development.
- Implement and oversee the people pillar of WCM / Lean Sigma, Manufacturing Excellence across our gypsum site.
- Lead and manage union engagements, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
