HR Business Partner Parental Leave Cover
At OX2 we accelerate access to renewable energy and have a strong HR team. We need a HR Business Partner to cover parental leave for a 1-year temporary role in Finland, with preferred location in Helsinki or offices in Oulu or Tampere.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with local and regional leadership teams to provide proactive and strategic HR guidance and operational support.
- Take ownership and ensure operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, workforce planning, talent mapping, etc. Payroll is outsourced but coordinated in this role.
- Coach and support business leaders in HR and employee related topics.
- Advise on employee relations and ensure overall compliance with local labor laws and collective bargaining agreement in Finland.
