A high-end luxury real estate company based in Mandaluyong is expanding across Metro Manila and Cebu. As our Sales organization grows across multiple channels, we are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner (Senior Manager) to lead our Sales Talent and Organizational Development initiatives.
Role Focus
The HR Business Partner will work closely with Sales leadership to design and drive people strategies, seller engagement, performance frameworks, and culture initiatives that support a high-performing sales network.
