Responsibilities: Strategin HR management, policy implementation and labour relations (CCMA, disciplinary) Recruitment, induction, performance management and FASSET WSP/ATR submissions HR Administration: contracts, personnel files, leave and Pay Space payroll processing FICA compliance: CDD/EDD, monitoring, record-keeping and staff training POPIA compliance and liaison with the Compliance Offices Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Labour Relations Minimum 5 years experience - preferably in a financial or professional services environment Knowledge of FICA, POPIA, BCEA, LRA and EEA Proven experience with disciplinary processes and CCMA Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) Strong computer skills (MS 365, Pay Space and advantage) #J-18808-Ljbffr
