Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Schedule: Contract / Temporary

Our Cedar Rapids–based client is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, compliance, and day‑to‑day HR operations during a period of increased activity. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate new‑hire onboarding, including offer documentation, I‑9/E‑Verify, background checks, and orientation scheduling

+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies, maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date employee records

+ Partner with HR, hiring managers, and payroll to ensure smooth employee starts and transitions

+ Track onboarding and compliance documentation, follow up on missing items, and maintain audit‑ready files
