Summary
Manage Human Resources for various clients within the consultancy from administration to advisory.
Reporting to
Senior HR Consultant Location : Cape Town Schedule : Monday-Friday Work setup : Remote Work (Ad hoc visits to clients around Cape Town)
Responsibilities
- Statutory Compliance (UIF, COIDA, EE, SDL etc)
- Employee related paperwork (contracts, policies, letters, memos etc)
- Remuneration Payroll Onboarding Induction Probation Performance Management Training Disciplinary Management / IR Talent Management Retention Offboarding Organisational Development Vision Values Culture Climate Employee well-being engagement, etc
- Communicating with employees about HR-related issues
- Supporting, and where possible, advising our clients in People related matters or initiatives.
- Being the primary contact point for selected clients within the consultancy.
