As the Human Resources Consultant, supporting 4 HRBPs within our Commercial Banking division, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting and Data Analysis (requiring intermediate Excel skills – VLOOKUP's/pivot tables etc.)
  • Workday Data clean-up/monitoring
  • General HR Inquiries and who/where to go
  • Presentation development – including content development (intermediate)
  • Basic project management
  • Tracking of HR Programs and deliverables
  • General Business acumen

    • *This is a hybrid role, in the downtown Chicago office 3X/week.
