As an HR Consultant, you will provide daily consultation to managers and employees on a range of topics such as performance, retention, and team building/conflict. At the same time, you will leverage data & insights to design and improve processes related to manager capability, performance management, rewards and retention, onboarding, and more, thereby contributing to enhancing organizational capability.
