Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple recruitment tasks
- Positive, eager to learn, and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service, admin, or event support is a plus
- Support recruitment activities, including:
- Communicating interview arrangements with applicants via phone and email
- Performing data entry and e-filing of documents
- Handle ad hoc administrative duties, such as:
- Filing and shredding documents
- Providing logistical support for HR activities
