Job Overview
This position is responsible for the organization and management of recruitment efforts, the administration of benefits and compensation, and the continual building of relations with our employees. Other administrative tasks and health and safety collaborative efforts may also be required.
Working Hours
The hours of work will consistently range from 40‑50 hours (9 am–5 pm) per week, depending on varying contracts and timelines. Overtime, weekends, and/or evenings are typically not required.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with all employees.
- Create career pathing models and development plans.
- Respond to various inquiries relating to HR policies and procedures.
- Attract talent and maintain that talent through campus/job fairs.
- Maintain job descriptions as jobs change, new positions are created, and/or as the company grows. ...
