The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent humanitarian organisation dedicated to protecting the rights of displaced and affected people during crises. The HR Coordinator is the most senior HR staff at the Area level and will lead the HR and Administration team and provide advice in line with NRC standards and support program/project implementation teams.
