Due to our growth ambitions in the Middle East, we are establishing the role of HR Country Manager Middle East to support the continued expansion of Haskoning in the region and to ensure that our people, HR operations, and employment practices develop in line with local needs, legislation, and our global standards.
The countries in scope in the Middle East region are at different stages of HR maturity. While HR operations in the UAE are relatively well developed, Saudi Arabia and Oman are still in an earlier phase, where setting up solid HR foundations is a key priority.
