Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR cum Accounts Assistant to support the daily HR, administrative, and accounting functions of the Company.
Job Responsibilities- Assist in daily HR, Accounts and Administrative operations.
- Handle payroll, leave records, employee files and work permit matters.
- Prepare petty cash, journal entries, invoices and data entry.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to management.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
- Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Experience in HR, Accounts, Payroll or Construction industry will be an advantage.
