Key Accountabilities
- Support to arrange and administer yearly performance evaluation
- Support and follow through company’s HR Policies
- Accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of the monthly end to end OT, medical and petty cash claims for payroll preparations to Head of Department
- Support to register staff training & development programs
- Prepare appointment letter for new staff, confirmation, promotions, disciplinary warnings etc. exit interviews and clearance for resigned staff
- Oversee the timeliness of Work Permits applications, renewals, terminations and monitor foreign worker quota. Handle appeals to MOM and other government agencies when required
- Provide administrative support to the Accounts Department
- Any other administrative work as deemed necessary by the Management
- GCE A / O level
- 2-3 administrative experience
