JOB RESPONSIBILITES Recruitment process In-charge for employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures. Responsible for Monthly payroll activities Knowledge to apply different type of Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations CPF Submission Prepare, draft and review employment agreements and other HR documents for employees Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. Employee Relations and Engagement ie act as a liaison between management and employees in a timely and effective manner Handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters Ad hoc duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Knowledge of Info tech will be an advantage. Able to multitask At least 2-3 years of HR admin duties and recruitment experience.
