Roles &Responsibilities Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR cum Admin to support our daily operations in the construction sector. The candidate will be involved in manpower coordination, compliance matters, and procurement support.
Job Responsibilities: . Handle recruitment and onboarding of construction workers . Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations . Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation . Liaise with government authorities(MOM, ACRA,BCA etc.) when required . Oversee and process payroll for all employees in a timely manner, including the computation of salaries, allowances, and deductions, as well as wage processing Review and process invoices, purchase orders, and related documents . Support procurement of construction materials through company-approved vendors . Coordinate with site teams on manpower and material requirements . Provide administrative support at the project...
