Job Description
The HR Data Migration Specialist is responsible for designing, transforming, and migrating complex HR data from legacy HCM platforms into target HR systems. This role plays a critical part in HR system implementations and transformations, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
The role requires deep hands-on experience migrating data from Workday, Oracle HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors, alongside strong expertise in ETL tooling, HR data architecture, and complex transformation logic.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Migration & Transformation:
- Lead end-to-end HR data migrations from source systems including Workday, Oracle HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors into target HR platforms
- Design and execute complex data transformations, mappings, and business rules across multiple HR domains (Core HR, Org Structures, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Payroll...
