Outcomes In your first year with us, you will achieve the following: Talent Acquisition: Fill open positions in an average of 90 days for senior positions (managers and above, consultant doctors) and 60 days for others.
Run a tight pipeline where candidates spend an average of 10 days.
Talent Retention: Reduce nursing staff turnover by 20% and non-nursing by 10%.
Employee Engagement: Increase employee engagement scores by 30% through strategic initiatives and feedback mechanisms within the first 12 months.
