Your role and key responsibilities
In your day-to-day, you will:
Lead the rollout and implementation of HR IT systems, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors, supporting the digital transformation of HR functions in PowerCo Spain.
Analyze HR business requirements and support system configuration, including the creation of test cases to ensure SuccessFactors solutions meet organizational needs.
Coordinate with implementation partners, internal project teams, and HR stakeholders
to ensure successful system deployment and alignment across workstreams.
Act as the main point of contact for HR IT system-related topics, providing business process support, expert consultation, end‑user training, and adoption guidance.
