Description We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead a focused Contract engagement supporting a healthcare employer in Bronx, New York. This role will take ownership of strengthening personnel administration, improving regulatory alignment, and bringing consistency to employee records and HR practices. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on HR leadership with strong knowledge of compliance, employee relations, and compensation and benefits administration.
