Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or MBA is an advantage)
- Professional HR Certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and labor law compliance.
- Experience handling multi-branch or nationwide operations is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
- In-depth knowledge of labor las, employment standards, and HR best practices.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to implement HR programs that align with business goals.
