We are seeking a dynamic HR Employer Branding Intern who will support our HR team by enhancing our employer brand through strategic communications and creative projects. He/She/They will collaborate on a variety of initiatives focusing on promoting the company’s culture and values.Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the development, ideation, and execution of employer branding strategies and activations to attract and engage top talent and strengthen internal workplace culture.
Create and design digital content, including social media posts and graphics, that reflects the company’s brand identity and employer value proposition.
Write and edit engaging content for various platforms, such as the company website, newsletters, and blogs.
Support project management efforts by coordinating branding campaigns and events and tracking their impact and success.
