Associate Manager (Human Resources) Esops Management – Noida, HO
Physics Wallah (PW), one of India’s leading EdTech companies, is looking for an Associate Manager – HR to manage the complete ESOP lifecycle and support post-IPO ESOP operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end ESOP operations including grants, vesting, exercises, and transfers
Handle post-IPO ESOP processes and reporting requirements
Manage the Qapita platform and maintain data accuracy
Coordinate with Legal and Company Secretary teams for ESOP-related corporate actions
Resolve employee and stakeholder queries related to ESOPs
Maintain MIS, documentation, and ensure compliance with taxation norms
Skills Required
Strong understanding of ESOP structures, compliance, and lifecycle management
Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
