- Managed full-cycle recruitment activities, including job advertisements, agency coordination, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding processes
- Prepared and maintained employee records, onboarding documents, and HR administrative paperwork
- Coordinated migrant worker dormitory arrangements, fee administration, room allocation, transfers, home leave, and repatriation processes
- Managed dormitory lease matters, including renewals, expirations, and rental coordination
- Supported PCP subscriptions, Annual Health Screening exercises, medical appointments, and vaccination arrangements for staff and workers
- Handled Employment Pass, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, medical examinations, and security bond processing
