The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance within the facility management sector.
Key Responsibilities- Handle full-cycle recruitment for facility management roles (blue-collar & white-collar)
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and internal databases
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage onboarding and documentation of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
