The HR Executive will support the HR Manager in day-to-day human resource operations, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, payroll, employee administration, and statutory compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work closely with employees and management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and recommending hiring decisions
- Identifying training needs, designing and sourcing for training programs, and facilitating employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge
