We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the human resources function in our solar energy company. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in building a strong organizational culture, managing talent acquisition, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR practices with the strategic goals of a fast-growing renewable energy business. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technical (solar engineers, project managers, O&M teams) and non-technical roles. Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements for solar projects, EPC, operations, and corporate functions.
