Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Assist in general HR operations, including employee records, HR documentation, and policy administration
- Provide support on employee relations matters and day-to-day HR inquiries
- Support performance management and HR initiatives as assigned
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations
