Job Description: HR Executive (Offshore)
Location: NASTP Building, Old Airport, Rawalpindi
Position Type: Full-Time
Manage HR operations, including employee record, and attendance.
- Resolve employee grievances and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle end-to-end visa processing, renewals, and cancellations for UAE employees.
- Liaise with government authorities and external agencies for visa-related matters.
- Foster employee engagement and conduct exit interviews for feedback.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and prepare regular HR reports.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training programs as needed.
