- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies through job portals, agencies and career fairs, including organizing hiring activities/ events.
- Establish clear recruitment goals and timelines to meet turnaround targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company priorities.
- Screen, interview, and present applicants to hiring managers; conduct reference checks for qualified candidates.
- Serve as the primary contact for recruitment and staffing agencies and coordinate with hiring teams, including providing interview training when required.
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and maintain compliance with regulations.
