We are actively looking for an a HR Executive to handle daily human resource operations and supports employees and management. Main Responsibilities
Recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Preparing employment contracts and HR letters. Managing employee records and attendance. Processing leave, claims and payroll support. Handling staff training and development coordination. Assisting with performance appraisal processes. Ensuring compliance with MOM and company policies Supporting employee engagement and welfare activities. Skills Required
Communication and interpersonal skills. Organization and multitasking. Knowledge of Singapore HR practices and MOM regulations. Microsoft Office and HR system knowledge. Problem-solving and confidentiality. Common Requirements
Diploma in HR, Business or related field. Preferably with 1-2 years of HR or administrative work experience (for executive role). Fresh diploma graduates may apply for junior HR Executive positions.
