Job Description
1. Ensure that practices are in compliance with local legislation and regulation 2. Maintaining employees' personal file and updating employees' details 3. Performing monthly payroll processing including preparations of IR21, IR8A, leave pay and claims 4. Preparing necessary HR documents for hiring, disciplinary handling, exiting, job increment and promotion and misc. letter when staffs requested for ICA, MOE, MOM 5. Planning, preparing, coordinating and administering of employees' training program 6. Handling and liaising between staffs and insurance broker on insurance claims and work injury compensations and all documentations 7. Performing duties pertaining to welfare matters, grievances, disciplinary issues 8. Maintaining all records of staff attendance such as annual leave, leave of absence and medical leave etc. Input Off-in-lieu as and when required for PH and pre-approval by management 9.
