- The HR Associate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, managing internship experiences, supporting headcount planning and reporting, and ensuring the timely update of HR policies.
- This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of service to both employees and management.
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and verification to ensure necessary clearances are obtained prior to onboarding, including:
- Oversee completion of pre-onboarding requirements, e.g Work Pass Application, Medical Clearance, Safety Training, Workday Profile creation, etc. to ensure seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
