Job Description
We are seeking for a motivated and self-disciplined incumbent to join us as a HR Associate to accomplish efficiency on HR operational activities and walk through employee's lifecycle as a team player in the HR department. The successful incumbent will have the opportunity to attain the next level of career development at the position of managerial level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Computer and payroll system, IRAS, IR21, WICA, Security bond, Insurance Premiums.
WPOL, EPOL, myMOMportal and MOM related issues.
-Uphold safety rules and review of safety breaches of workers.
-Attend to and manage worker needs, complains, feedback on a daily basis whenever neccessary.
-Handle the application of training grants and liaise with training vendors for external training programs
