HR Executive
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
- Handle and manage recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Conduct orientation program for new employees and coordinate internal/external training.
- Handle staffing issues by providing guidance and counselling, and coordinate the resolution of specific policy‑related and procedural problems and inquiries.
- Develop and implement HR strategy and action plan to improve operational productivity and support organizational growth.
- Perform day‑to‑day administrative duties of the Company to ensure the smooth running of operations, including processing staff claims and verifying staff attendance records to ensure accuracy.
