Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive with strong hands-on experience in IT technical recruitment, who can independently drive hiring for multiple roles.
This role will be 70% focused on recruitment and 30% on HR operations, and will involve working closely with hiring managers and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles such as Full Stack, Java, Python, Data, QA, DevOps, BA, and Tech PM
- Understand job requirements and align with hiring managers before sourcing
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and vendors
- Conduct initial screening of candidates
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback closure
