Job Description- Responsible for executing our emerging talent recruitment process, onboarding, programme delivery & offboarding for APAC region.
- Regional responsibility for the relationship with the emerging talent suppliers including demand planning, delivery against regional contract of services and reporting any risk, financial risk or governance.
- Responsible for partnering with business stakeholders on the execution of our emerging talent programmes including managing operational governance framework, local country management of processes & legislation, compliant hiring process, effective people data.
- Build and maintain the relationship between schools.
