Job Scope
- Perform full spectrum of payroll processing that is in compliance with Company policies and statutory requirements.
- Submit monthly CPF payments, tax filing for employees.
- Administer and submit NS make‑up pay claims and all government paid leave claims.
- Maintain and update payroll records and data.
- Prepare manpower cost reports and statistics.
- Assist in employees’ queries on pay and benefits.
- Support in local and overseas recruitment exercises such as recruitment in Polytechnics, ITEs, job fairs, overseas trips etc.
- Put up and review job advertisements, shortlist applicants, arrange applicants for interview by respective Department Managers.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters and other relevant documentation.
- Keep track and follow‑up on recruitment progress for open positions.
