**Job Summary:**
As an HR Experience, Compliance, and Process Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing HR initiatives that drive employee onboarding, compliance, and process excellence. You will work closely with our HR team, business partners, and stakeholders to identify areas for opportunities and implement solution and programs that enhance the employee experience.
**Onboarding and Employee Experience:**
+ Take ownership in managing, enhancing, and deploying best in class solutions for our onboarding portfolio to include new hires, managers, and other key talent segments
+ Regularly practice, initiate, and synthetize data to identify trends and deliver HR interventions that improve our employee programs
+ Deliver interactive sessions that inform and engage employees using strong facilitation skills to convey important information in an impactful way
