Are you a versatile professional with a strong background in both human resources and finance We're looking for a motivated HR & Finance Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our people operations and financial management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources . Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes . Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies comply with the Employment Act (Cap. 91) . Handle payroll processing, leave management (annual, sick, maternity/paternity leave per MOM guidelines), and staff attendance . Administer CPF contributions accurately and on time . Support work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (EP, S Pass, Work Permit) via MOM/EP Online . Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives . Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and Fair Consideration Framework (FCF)
