- Be responsible for HR-GA activities

【Job Descriptions】(details)
- Manage personnel records, track and archive employment contracts, contract addenda, and related documents.
- Perform labor and social insurance procedures: registration, reporting increases/decreases, and insurance benefits for employees according to legal regulations.
- Prepare and submit periodic labor reports as required by relevant authorities.
- Monitor and perform procedures related to foreign workers (Japanese nationals) such as:
- Applying for new/renewal of Work Permits
- Applying for new/renewal of Temporary Residence Cards
- Monitoring expiration dates and preparing renewal documents as required.
