HR GENERALIST ( 25K PLUS INCENTIVE/BONUS) SAN JUAN MANILA
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration
At least 2 years of progressive HR experience
knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
Proven experience in policy development, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
