Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a 3 month contract, based in Port Elizabeth
Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
- Administer contracts of employment, addendums, and termination documentation.
- Maintain HR systems, personnel files, and reporting.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Liaise with line managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Conduct interviews and reference checks.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and probation processes.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labour matters.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and poor performance management.
- Prepare documentation and represent the company in CCMA or internal hearings if required.
