You will play a critical role in facilitating a positive organizational culture and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, feedback, and concerns, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Experienced in Payroll & Personnel.
- Has strong knowledge of the Egyptian labor law.
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
