Role Overview
The HR Generalist supports the full spectrum of HR functions ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to a positive employee experience. This role works closely with management and employees to handle recruitment onboarding employee relations HR administration and policy updating while maintaining compliance with company standards and UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating with hiring managers. Prepare job postings, shortlist candidates and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, orientation sessions and system access. Ensure new joiners receive a smooth and professional induction experience.
