About the Team: The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team drives TikTok's revenue growth. We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable People Partner to make an impact across a broad range of HR functions—from resolving complex employee issues to leading strategic projects. If you are a versatile problem-solver, this role offers a unique opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to our business leaders. This is a full-time, 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). - Strategic Advising: Partner with HRBPs to support GBS leadership team, translating business priorities into actionable people strategies.
