WHAT You will enjoy doing

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (workforce planning, job postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, exit interviews etc)

  • Coordinate the Onboarding Program, creating a seamless and engaging start for new hires.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external staffing agencies

  • Participate in the implementation of local and regional HR projects (A–Z execution)

  • Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures ensuring consistency with company standards and ISO/internal audit frameworks
