TheHR Generalist will oversee human resource function, ensuring that the Shanzo Kitchens franchise operating withinmultiple outlets recruits, develops, and retains high-performing staff. This role involves managing recruitment, training, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement programs to align with business needs and Walmart’s operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Develop and implementrecruitment strategies to meet staffing needs for multiple cloud kitchens.
- Coordinate withkitchen managers to ensure compliance with their hiring policies.
- Assist store managers in recruiting both cooks and managers by developing talent pipeline through digital employment portals and other Labor sources.
