The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, documentation, training coordination, and general HR administration. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confidential, people-focused, and capable of supporting a large operational workforce in a fast-paced security environment.
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle at Security Guard Group, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, documentation, scheduling coordination, performance support, and HR administration.
